Problems with Transport direct web site

I've just tried to use www.transportdirect.info to find the time of a bus to Poole in Dorset, about a 30 minute journey. The site only offered me three destinations - Poole in Cheshire, Poole in Somerset and Poole Keynes in Gloucestershire but not Poole in Dorset.
So, in case they had shown the wrong county for Poole, Somerset I selected that as my destination. Guess what? The first leg of the recommended journey took me to Poole Dorset, followed by another 6 hours of travelling to get to Poole Somerset.
Just be aware if you use this site that it may not generate the correct results for your journey.
Will I use it again after giving me inaccurate information on such a simple journey? I doubt it.
Oh and be careful if you use their feedback form. I completed the form then changed one of the selection boxes at which pointed it deleted all my input, including the text describing the problem and made me start the whole process again. It wouldn't even let me get back to the page with the text so I could cut & paste.
