I emailed KP 2 days ago about my Hula Hoops because 2 of the bags in the multipack were open, not sealed properly and the crisps were everywhere.
I've never mailed or complained about anything like this before, but came home from work earlier and found a letter with a £3 voucher in it apologising for my lack of/and stale crisps! :money:
