claiming back bank charges?

A bit confused? Can I only claim back charges from before 2007? I have charges over the last two years, can i claim these back?help?

The limitations act allows you to claim back 6 years from now ie back to June 2003. However the FSA waiver directions 'stopped' the 6 year clock on 27th July 2007, meaning you can claim from now back to July 20010
