Hi all
I sent my second letter on the 2 June by recorded delivery, (stupidly:mad:) forgot to put a date on the letter, and it was delivered and signed for on the 4th June, which I checked on the royal mail tracking system. It's been 15 days since I sent the letter and 13 days since they signed for it.
On the 2nd template letter it states that you give them 14 days to reply or you will take your complaint to the FOS, however, as some of you already know, I rang the FOS to ask if they were looking at all complaints, and they told me that that they where, and that they have already written to Black Horse giving them 8 wks to give me a final response.
Should I wait now for the 8 weeks before I do anything? Or write to them to say that I will be sending my complaint to the FOS. The FOS sent me some forms to fill in.
Plus, I now know that it was a single premium loan, didn't know that when I put my complaint in, (live and learn a lot from this site), plus my oh was on maternity leave when we took out the loan, and wondering if I should add this to my complaint now. Should have done it to begin with I know, but is it too late?
Your expert advice please would be very much appreciated. Just want to do this in the right order so that there is no come backs to me.
regards

If the FOS are getting them to give a final response then you need to wait the 8 weeks for this, however there is no harm sending another letter to Blackhorse and adding the single premium and maternity items and asking them to reconsider.DS1 12/10/04
