Hello!
As a buyer of a house where the past occupant had CCJ's, will i have any trouble obtaining credit - my name is totally different to the previous occupant, who was in any event a tenant at the house.
Thank you!

BB83,
Cover your backside.
When you move in, write and inform the credit agencies of the situation. Then your CA reference should not be affected.0 -
we've bought repossessions and had all sorts of debt mail and it's never affected us.
It's the name, not the address, therefore if your name is different, it shouldn't affect you.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
