It should have a dial inside that you turn to adjust how cold it gets. It's obviously set too high!
I have the same problem, the dial on mine is to the side of the top shelf and I'm forever accidentaly nudging it too high when I put stuff in the fridge and only notice when the milk or veg starts to freeze!

Hi olias, theres no dial in our fridge
it works with four settings and we've got it on the lowest/warmest one.
I'm definitely getting one with a dial next time!Currently studying for a Diploma - wish me luck

I will be intesrested in the replies we have the same prob at the moment, we have a fridge freezer and my bunnies veg is frozen solid (in the veg dept of the fridge) every morning.
It is in a warm kitchen with a boiler so should be on a high setting but have currently got it on 1 and still have the problem, any ideas?
We are now getting a layer of ice on back of fridge as soooo cold.
Thanks

It's more than likely the electronic controller module, or the sensor. You will need to call an engineer. The controllers can be expensive, but the sensors are not too bad. If the engineer is in doubt, get him to change the sensor first...;)Happiness, is a Kebab called Doner.....:heart2::heart2:0 -

If it's a fairly standard electro-mechanical t/stat, ie; dial type, then the t/stat is faulty.Happiness, is a Kebab called Doner.....:heart2::heart2:0 -
