FTB - Advice needed on the house buying process

Hi all,
My partner and I are first time buyers and are at the stage now where we've had an offer accepted, full mortgage application has gone through fine, homebuyers survey (same person as is doing the mortgage valuation) is going to be done tomorrow and solicitor is in place.
I have received the Notification of Sale in the post from the EA. With regards to what is included with the sale all that is stated on the notification is in other information:
All carpets and flooring
All curtains and blinds
Fitted Kitchen
All light fittings
Second Bedroom Furniture
Bathroom Fittings
This list is actually copy and pasted into the notification from an email enquiry I sent to the EA.
My question is: Is it standard practice to get a more concise inventory of what is exactly included or is this it? I was expecting more detail on a room by room basis (for example a list of what furniture is in the second bedroom, is the medical cabinet in the bathroom a fitting?). Or will a better list come at a later date?
I'm not finding the EA to be very helpful overall, there's one member of staff that is very helpful if I can catch her, but otherwise they're a nightmare!
As this whole experience is completely new to us I'm just looking for some advice and tips from those with more experience, it's getting very stressful!

Its not normal at this stage to recieve anything like that, unless it was a condtion of your offer that certain items are included in the sale.
The full fixtures and fittings list comes later, via the soliceter. Furniture is not normally included in a sale, not as standard curtains and blinds, so presumably these were items you have allready negotiated on?Pawpurrs x

Hi pawpurrs
Yes they were items we'd verbally negotiated on but I don't have a written list.
Thanks for your reply, I'll wait for the list from the solicitor.0 -
