The great 'best set of Firefox extensions' hunt

Thought I'd start a new thread dedicated to the most useful extensions.
Every few month I enter the Mozilla add-on website and find why this browser is so good.

I am not going to put a whole list of extensions here just what I find useful as I am sure most of the users already have their preferred add-on.

Just came across AutoPager and thought I'll share it.

AutoPager is a Firefox extension which automatically loads the next page of a site inline when you reach the end of the current page for infinite scrolling of content (It is working with MSE forums).

Please can you add links to your most useful add-ons as I find it slow to browse tons of extensions on the Mozilla web site.

And remember, too many extensions might slow FF.

Thanks iSofa. Sorry somehow my fat fingers double posted this, however the above thread do have some suggestions of good old extensions has turned to a discussion regarding No-script and lost the plot half the way down the page so I thought to start a new one, hopefully discussion will stick to the subject.

I am using TooManyTabs and find it useful when I don't want to bookmark pages but like to keep them open 'on the back burner'.

TooManyTabs is a Mozilla Firefox add-on. It is a pain when you have way too many tabs - you can't find the right tab, and the tabs eat up so much memory that your PC is dragged to a halt.
With the latest version of TooManyTabs, you can now store as many tabs as you like by adding extra rows in the Firefox. Instead of allowing idle tabs to waste your PC's memory, you can now put your tabs on the extra rows, remove them from the memory, and restore* them in your browser when you need them again. The extra rows also allow you to better prioritize and visualize your tabs. Finding the right tab have never been easier! It is now guilt-free to be a tab-aholic!

Also very neat Searchbar Autosizer let you keep the searchbox small and expand while you type.

    I do like 'Locationbar2'
Make it easy to see the site address in the URL and more:
    * Puts emphasis on the domain to reduce spoofing risk
    * Linkifies URL segments (press Ctrl, Meta, Shift or Alt)
    * More URL formatting options configurable

Found Interclue handy , just hover on a link to see the content without clicking.

    For security, noscript

For privacy, betterprivacy (cleans flash cookies), ghostery (displays a popup showing website tracking mechanisms, 3rd party cookies, webbugs etc - eg google analytics on mse).

IE Tab - lets you use the IE engine in firefox and you can set websites to auto use it (microsfot update etc) but can also switch between the 2 whenever you like.

Personas - lets you skin firefox, works well.

Ad block + - no more adverts.
