AMEX customer services

Has anyone out there had any problems with AMEX customer services? I've got a dispute about a payment that was paid to NEXT in January - they are very polite and keep saying that someone will ring me back but it doesn't happen. Would appreciate any advice.

    I don't think most them will you ring you back. If I were you I give them a ring. Use their freephone number.Hope this helps.

    i had a dispute with a payment that had been taken twice and they advised i return to the shop and ask for the money back off them!!!
    Make sure you know what you want them to do, and phone them back now
