side exit toilet

ive been looking everywhere for a modern/contemporary toilet with a side exit waste. all those ive found are either horizontal rear waste exits, or floor exits. Does anyone know of a place to find side exit toilets?
this might sound silly but can porcelain/china be cut with anything?

You wont get a modern wc suite with a L/R outlet, they tend to be HO outlet now, all you need to convert it is a bent pan connector.
If you realy need a side outlet there our companies with old stock/design.

As for cutting porcelain/china you can with a diamond blade, but not recommended.

thanks plumb1, HO outlet is that the horizontal rear outlet type? ideally with waste being concealed in wall the toilet sits up against? ive fallen in love with a rear exit toilet on ebay 4452367759 but would it mean fitting a 4"/100mm elbow straight onto it, then fixing it to my waste? itll mean the back of the toilet sitting 5" from the wall is there any way round this?
