Gas and electric confusion

I`m with EON for Duel fuel and its capped I think till October 09, how do I get my annual useage so I can compare? i`m over 65 and thought I was on a Age Concern tarrif but EON say i`m better off as I am,

You can just call E.ON and ask for your usage, you can ask for the information to be sent in a letter or email if that will help.

When did you change on to the Capped prices?

If you went on to a Capped price some time ago, then this will be better than age concern as you won't have been affected by the price increases last year.

But once you have the usage you can compare tariffs.

Your account will go on to the current version of capped prices when yours ends, if there is one. If not you will be changed on to the standard prices.

The best thing to do is to make sure you know when your capped prices will end, then contact us and ask what tariffs are available that would be best for you.
Make sure you ask if any of the tariffs have cancellations fee's :eek:
You can also look on the website as this will give you a better idea of what might be best for you :T
