Help, I am a complete numpty when it comes to following wrtitten instructions on anything technical!!! it doesnt seem to matter how often I read the instructions I always get in a mess. I have a canon dc100 camcorder that i bought for a recent holiday. I have used ll the discs now and i have to finalize the disc it says before I can play them on dvd. I have followed the instructions to finalize but i cant play the discs on either my dvd or computer, it just says not readable may not be compatible with windows. Have I done something really stupid???
I only bought the discs a few weeks ago and they are maxell dvd-rw video re- recordable. Any help would be gratefully received

I had a similar problem with a Samsung DVD camcorder and DVD-RW discs. I found switching to DVD-R worked.Try saying "I have under-a-pound in my wallet" and listen to people react!0

When i put my disc in the computer I go to my computer and click on the open canon dvd and it brings up a folder which says dvd-rtav what is that all about???? when I click on that it brings up 2 other icons0
