Travel insurance for trip FROM South Africa

I'm trying to sort out some travel insurance for my mother who is coming to visit me for 6 weeks from South Africa and was wondering if anyone has done something similar. Am I correct in assuming I can't use any of the travel insurance you normally find here as it all seems to be geared to travel from UK to other places (and usually excludes the UK for cover). Would I need to find a SA based company or are there general worldwide companies who would cover her.
Does anyone know a SA based company?

Yes its best to use a SA Insurer as if she is taken ill and needs to be repatriated by say air ambulance their policy will cover it (I assume).

UK policies are designed for UK or EEC residents and are generally subject to a trip starting AND finishing in the UK
