Had to get passed crabby agnt on phone at Libra who was being unhelpful.
He refused to give me a mngr but gave me a tel no for md's secretary, but refused to give his name and then cut me off. But when rang back insisted on mngr who adv me flight had been "downgraded"?
When pressed on this point he says basically libra oversubscribed on their allocation of seats on aircraft, so even though seats are still avail they cant have them.
Dont know if this what really happens with holiday flights but seems illogical to me.
He then went away, came back and magically says 2 people canc flight today and i can have their seats.
Whoopee!!!0
