Has anyone else noticed how much tomato puree has gone up recently too? Asda has always been expensive (the only one I could find there was 70p ish) but Sainsbury's used to to be really cheap - about 22p ish a tube. I looked for some more a couple of days ago and it's doubled in price to about 40p!0

ouch! it's currently 33p in morrisons and 35p in Aldi, as far as I know

Why would pureed tomatoes not be subject to the same changes as tinned tomatoes?0
