Hi I have just bought a new microsoft webcam its the lifecam VX3000 seems be be working ok but I keep getting a pop up every 2 minutes,says interactive services dialogue detection, a programme cant display a message on your desktop. there is an option says show me the message but when clicked screen turns grey and another box apears telling me to click to return. Any help please, I have no idea what to do, thanks
