Warning - Check Your Latest Online BT Bills

Couldn't quite put my finger on what was wrong at first but then realised what when I checked my Calling Plan page and it said the following :

Now, unless I am mistaken, my Any Time Plan says it INCLUDES my Friends and Family mobile and that it is part of cost of same, yet a separate monthly charge for Friends and Family Mobile is also being made.

Yes F&F Mobile should be included in 4.95p monthly unlimited anytime call plan.

my account page/ calling plan shows same - BUT just on online chat - asked is it now chargeable ( if so - pls remove) they say its included free opn anytime plan and she "believes" it will shown as a credit back on bill ... ( note to check carefully ! )

Don't believe what it says on your calling plan! Mine says Unlimited evening and weekend calls at no extra cost, but seems I can only have this for 12 months every 15 months!
