Anyone having trouble with moneysavingcashback.com ?

I have had nothing but trouble with them,i am now £105 out of pocket due to transactions not been tracked,1 is now 4 months old & they are still telling me the same as the 1st day i asked,we are waiting for a reply & they think its still ok to give me the same cut & paste reply each time i ask yet 4 months have now passed,i have spoke to them about this & at first i was told to check my security setting to make sure im allowed cookies,when i told them they were correct they said it must be my computer,so i told them my girlfriend is having the same trouble & she,s sat next to me on a different laptop,i now get the standard reply of 90% of transactions track ok,at best i would say 50% have tracked ok & would like to know if anyone else is having a similar problem ? :mad: i thought it might have had something to do with this site,what with the name & all but i now know this site is in a totally different league,they shouldnt be allowed to sully the good name of moneysaving !

still nothing,im not even getting replys from them now,keep away from this site,quidco is so much better & you get all the cashback you earn & they sort out your transactions within a few days(unlike moneysavingcashback who hold your money till you have £25 in your account)

i recently got this reply from a bingo site after i complained to them for not paying moneysavingcashback for my transaction

Please note that any other Cashback offers promised by moneysavingcashback will have to be honoured by moneysavingcashback. We do not have any control over your moneysavingcashback account and therefore you would have to take this issue with them. Due to issues like yours, we are no longer conducting business with this affiliate as they have not honoured the cash back incentive to their clients which was advertised on their website and due to obvious attempts to discredit our site by deeming the complaints our responsibility and directing their clients to our site for a resolution.

yet they still claim to be trying to retreive the cash from the merchant !

yes i did mean moneysavingcashback.co.uk but i cant edit that bit of the post,since they have been telling me for 5 months they are trying to claim my cash from the merchant i have asked them to prove this by supplying proof & this was there exact responce

Are they the same as Greasy Palm? Just that "Fiona" answers alot of the "submit tickets" on Greasy Palm. Looking at the website it does look very similar.

I have had a few transactions through GP where they say they have not been paid so they cannot pay me. It is very very annoying. I then try and leave a constructive review in the retailer reviews section but it NEVER gets published.

Fiona also responds to tickets on OnePoll Cashback. I love how her response is politely written yet also totally rude and unhelpful. :rotfl:

my that fiona gets about a bit,she does quidco too,but unlike all the other sites,i have never lost a payment with quidco & they sort things out quickly,ive had about £700 from them in the last year & thought the others would be the same,i only use quidco now,even though the bingo site that replied to me saying that they woukd have nothing more to do with moneysavingcashback when i ask them where the payment is they still tell me there tryng t recover it,even after i sent them the email saying what they thought about them,

SURPRISE SURPRISE no replys from moneysavingcashback for over 2 weeks now but at least there still doing all they can to get my cashback from 6 months ago,should be anyday now ! not ! avoid this site like the plague :mad:
