Help, new garden furniture rusted after 3 weeks!

Hi, apologies if this is in the wrong place, but i wasn't sure where to put it. I bought a bistro set comprising of two chairs and a table three weeks ago and while i was sat in it earlier i noticed that it is starting to go rusty around the seams. It is made from powder coated steel and while i realise that this will rust eventually i didn't expect it after three weeks! I'm unsure of what to do next, do you think i could go back to the retailer and demand a replacement or i should i try some hammerite around the rusty seals? What i don't want to happen is to put the hammerite on and then find it just rusts in other places. Any advice would be appreciated as i don't have clue what to do for the best.

Go back to the retailer and tell them it isn't fit for purpose under the sale of goods act. Surely rusting that quickly wouldn't be of acceptable quality?Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
