Hello, I'm new to this so may need some assistance!
I had "words" with those cretins at Sky yesterday after they said I was entitled to a free Sky+ so long as I paid the instalation fee, great I thought but then they turned around and said I wasn't, due to the fact I wouldn't take out multi-room. The only problem is we own 1 TV and live in a flat with 1 TV! All I want to do is upgrade but Sky want me to pay £199.99 for a Sky+ box plus the installation fee. Surely there is a way I can get it cheaper?
Please advise! I will be forever grateful!

Hi toffeeman1316
Have you tried the sky site? They have some online-only offers that might be better. Things like introduce a friend - if you know anybody else that would like to have SKY.

The other alternative, not so great, is to leave (just have free-to-view) and come back 6 months later (I think) as a new customer.
Good luck

Or threaten to leave and see if you can haggle a free installation.Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.0
