Blockbuster £8 fine

Hi

Blockbuster have been chasing OH who is BK like me as of last week for an £8 fine due from a few months back. They said as it's a fine he still has to pay?

We really do not have even £8 to spare, any thoughts please?

Tell them to go and get in line with all your other creditors. They can go whistle

If they won't take your bankruptcy details then report them to the OR for harassment.

I'm sorry but if you've got an £8 fine just tell Blockbuster you cannot pay it.

They will only try and charge you after 20 days. after then if no payment is collected a 3rd party will contact you to pay, then if still no payment it'll be written off until you next try and rent a film.

So just don't go shopping if you can't afford it.

Your in the wrong here, you rented a film and returned it late, Blockbuster has done nothing wrong.

you agreed to there terms and conditions when you signed up.

Apart from falsely claiming that a Blockbuster "fine" is excluded from being included in a bankruptcy order and is still payable that is.

Which is sort of the point of the OP's post, which you appear to have missed.

Hmm. Having viewed your other posts you state you work for Blockbuster....and have posted a few times on threads relating to them....
