ok i may be missing something here but ive been looking at reclaiming my CC charges i had 4 cards only 1 still active - Egg and 3 closed Halifax, cap one and Barcley card - i no longer have any details for the 3 cards i closed how do i got these do i just write to them when i request my statements? and do i have to pay them each £10 for the statements?

£10 is the statutory amount under the Data Protection Act 1998. However, you can always write to them with as much information as possible to each one without the fee and add a line in the letter that "if a fee is required please contact me" or words to that effect.0 -
