    Yes we have booked with Red Funnel for our holiday, £40 pound cheaper than Wight link and there does not seem much differance in time and milage going to Southamton than Porstmouth via the M25.

    I love the Isle of Wight, but in my personal opinion I wouldn't go anywhere near Waltzing waters or Isle of wight pearl, both too commercial for me! I would suggest if it was a nice day a cream tea at Warren Farm, followed by a walk over Tennyson Down.

    Can't be beaten! You really don't need to spend any money to enjoy the Isle of Wight. Just drive, enjoy the views, go to the beach and pick a lovely place to eat...
