in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Hi me and OH are wanting to claim back out bank changes on our joint account back - its not much just a few hundered not as much as some i know!!! but we want it back - we cant claim hardship so we dont know if we should put in a calim anyway or if we should wait until its all sorted out in court ect!

any advise would be greatly appreciated
