i`ve just joined our local virgin active and am pleased with it.. although they never take the money out of my account on the same day. I requested it to be taken out on the 1st of the month, but it always comes out between 10th-17th..

Our cafe at the club is also `under refurb`... and has been for about 6 weeks now.

and now i go home and find a flyer saying.... 'look what we've done'

cheeky... no reply yet from Mr Branson ( i sent a recorded delivery letter last week)

phoned the bank and they have not yet refunded!!

i wrote to Richard Branson, standard reply from the PA team - 'manager decision stands'

so phoned bank and told them DD should not have gone through (no authorised dd for Virgin, and all DDs had been transferred to my other bank account) and i claimed my ££ back that way ( i have my money bakc now - so ya boo sucks to you VA)

AND I have cancelled my Virgin Credit card, and will NEVER use Virgin products again.... that means no more Virgin Vie, Cola, flights etc.... UP YOURS VIRGIN!! (sorry bit carried away there!

:mad: I just got a TXT on my mobile from Esporta, offering me a service. I'm fuming that I had to reply STOP to opt out of it, as I never OPTED in in the first place. I havent got a clue how they got my number, but I am certainly going to make a complaint about it.
