What exactly should I do here? There has been an unauthorised card transaction on my account to which online since last August for £7.75 every month. I only caught on in March this year and reported it, they stopped the card and said they would report it to there anti fraud team, all well and good.
I looked at my statement on Saturday and noticed payment is still going out even though I got a new card, So got in touch again, they apologised and said that this type of card payment can not be stopped but that I needed to contact the anti fraud team on Monday.
So I phoned yesterday and went through it all again and was told again they would pass it to the anti fraud team.
Knowing what these pr*tts are like I phoned today to make sure it had been done, and was told by and advisor "Oh you need to contact which and take it up with them" But I was told I would get the £70 odd refunded by the anti fraud team, She puts me on hold and says yes ok they will look into it, but I know damn well she did nothing.

have you contacted Which online, as they would have to cancel this type of payment agreement (cant remember what its called)smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....

CPA (continous payment authority)
Needs to be cancelled with Which0 -
You really need to talk to Which - to be fair to A&L you have not checked your statements for over 6 months, even though they request you do so via an email each month0

If you have never had dealings with Which then follow A&L's fraud procedure. If, however, you have at some point provided details to Which then your dispute is with them and this is not fraud.
I'm taking your post at face value and agreeing that it may be fraud. I must point out though, often people say "unauthorised transaction" which can mean you gave card details but did not authorise that amount or frequency of payment. As I have said, if you have done this, it is a dispute with the company, the bank cannot verify your arrangement with Which. Most banks have a disputes process but they normally ask you exhaust all efforts with the company before involving them.Anything I post is my opinion, so from time to time I may be wrong. I try to provide answers based in fact, however I don't know everything, so (like all posters on MSE), take what I say with a pinch of salt.0 -
I think Which had a prize draw affair where you get a couple of issues free but you have to sign up for a subscription and then remember to cancel it if not interested.
However if this was the explanation, you would be getting the magazines regularly.0
