Egg Reclaiming - Help please

I am in the process of claiming back my Egg Credit Card Charges - they are being awkward - offering me £44.00 on £413.90.
They have sent letter of offer - but not sure how to word reaply and ask for full amount or partial offer - any advice / wording suggestions please.

Yes, mention the OFT report OFT842 which states that only a court can decide a fair charge. Make them aware that you are giving them once last chance to avoid further litigation costs that would ensue in a county court claim for them to settle.0
