My bank is Alliance and Leicster and im using a Visa Debit card.
I have verified it and tried depositing funds into my moneybookers.com account ( an online wallet for people that don't know ).
The error message I keep getting is that my bank doesn't authorise this transaction, despite me having enough funds in there. Does anybody know why this may be?
