Business Bank Charges from Natwest

I have a Business Account with the Natwest Bank

My charges are on average £20.00 per month. Might not sound like alot I know but I am being charged everytime I pay money in and if any cheques are included I am charged again, I am also charged for every £100 I have in the bank plus I withdrew a large amount out last month and was charged again

My argurment is that I am being charged 3 times for privilege of paying the same money in, leaving it in the bank and then withdrawing it.

I telephoned my Business Advisor today, who didn't take any notice of what I was saying and continued a conversation with a collegue while my I continued to explain the situation!

What can I do, I have threatened to shut the account down but I want recompense of all these unnecessary charges.

I would appreciate any advice anyone can give me.

Charges on business a/c's are not reclaimable as they are a service and form part of the T&C's

TBH £20 per month sounds prtty good to me. You don't say which type of business a/c you have , but the tariff for their Business Current a/c is here;
