No they didn't. It used to be Skycard, and they were good then (to me anyway). I just phoned them up and told them I was struggling making the full payments and they accepted my payment offer. They also agred to the payment offer that CCCS set too. I never received anything to say they defaulted me.... they just mention I was on a payment arrangement.
I know I could move my current account but I have ran out of ones I can go to.
I think paying £2.5k back interest free is not bad though.
Oh, NIB, my credit ref file is shot anyway.... got a final charging order with RBS/Lombard

Although even if it's not defaulted and is in an AP, they can still help themselves to your Barclays Bank account balance if they please
Hi izools. This has been suggested to me on another site forum, but I have had the payment plan with Sky/Barclaycard for more than 3yrs now and have never taken more than has been arranged from my account. But you think they would, even if I kept to the payment arrangement?0 -
i paid off my HSBC mastercard last june with a months wage because i wanted rid and at the time, i knew i would waste the money!
the sum was for £1,900 but i told them i can settle there and then if they let me clear the debt with £1,200 and they accepted! tbh, i was trying it on and was expecting a no but it worked!

Its unlikely they will dip into your other accounts but i'd still be opening a new account somewhere else - just in case....2010 - year of the troll
