Suspect control arm bushes (BMW E46)

I've been having problems with vibrations through the steering wheel when braking and driving at various speeds. I suspect it could be down to the lower control arm bushes (a comon problem on BMWs). I had a look at the bushes and there is some play - not sure if it would count as excessive or not.
Could someone give me a second oppinion - is the movement in the videos excessive? It didn't take too much force to make them move so I think they could be on they way out

I have a similar issue on mine, notable at 55mph or thereabouts. The bushes should be tight, with no movement.
While you're replacing them, make sure you do everything else in that area - including the ARB bushings (that will tighten up the steering no end).0 -
Totally f**ked0

Check with BMW to see if there are any recalls on your car that you have missed.0

Not sure I'd be able to get BMW to do this, the car is well outside of warranty. The parts were only £60 anyway - I'll just bite the bullet and change them myself.0
