Removing greasy palm problem

Hi
I removed greasy palm & rebate catcher
Did registry clean up anti spyware search etc...
Re started
Did malaware scan
Basically did it all
Yet when I go to ebay I still get this ?

Any ideas please its really bloomin annoying keeps coming up with an amazon voucher offer or directing me to yell.com if I visit any route planning/directions sites

It's a pain, and I think it reinstalls at startup, use HiJackThis to create a log and fry the entries associated with the dubious rubbish!0
