I horse ride, and it can need a lot of support.
My friends mainly swear by shock absorbers, but I find M and S High impact are good for me. The other bonus for me with th M and S high impact bra I have is that nothing is ''flattened, which means they hold a good shape under a riding jacket0 -
Thanks for your ideas and recommendations. I am still on the hunt for the bra which will keep my boobs from bouncing too much when I exercise. I bought one from M&S the other day, on impulse and yes I know that's never a good idea
.
Anyway, it was odd because it was supposed to be a level 4 which is for high impact sport but frankly it was barely any different than wearing a normal bra. It felt strange and looked unflattering as well (my firnd said it looked like I had a rolled up towel down my Tshirt) and somehow it felt like no size was ever going to fit me properly IYWIM. It was this one..

It's funny, reading the reviews it seems to appeal to women who have had breast augmentation more than those who need it for sports. Seems like I should have read the reviews first.
I have realised that more than many things we wear a good sports bra really is difficult to find by sight alone. Next try will be the one recommended by kris, the Freya, if only because I quite like the idea of the separate cups.
Thanks again girls.
P.S I haven't got my trainers yet, so I may well be back for more advice on them.0 -

yes, that why I went for mine. I checked the M and S link to see if I could find mine there to recommend, (I'm ughly smae bra size) but its not there. I guess they discontinued it0 -
Update: I ordered the Freya sports bra from Bravissimo (good moneysaver bit: I got £2.50 cashback from Quidco), as recommended by kris above. It arrived today, and I have to say that I'm very pleased with it.
It's tight, and if anything the cup size feels a tiny bit too small (do they have a double E? no way am I an F!!:o) but I think that that's a good thing because it holds everything super firmly. It also look OK under clothes. I have T Shirt on with it at the moment and it looks like normal bra.
A really good choice for me, so thanks again for all of your advice and a special thanks to kris.

Has anyone purchased the Avon sports bras at £7 (usually £10) :-

Would appreciate any comments from anyone who has? I normally get M&S ones at £18 which are good..This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I love M & S (front) zip up sports bras which are about £20 and I'm a 36C/D. I used to wear two bras and a tight top but only need this bra now.0
