Under 18s 'selling' credit cards

I think one of the more important points from the original Post is that if you are sold any form of contract by someone under 18 then the agreement is invalid and unenforcable in law.0

In our Sainsbury's, under 18s need to call a supervisor to sell alcohol, but not Tobacco, 18 DVDs or anything else.
A bit daft, either it should be everything you need to be 18 to buy...or it should at least include tobacco before alcohol. In another topic someone who works at another Sainsbury's confirmed it's the same with tobacco, so it seems to be not specific to my store.0
