Double glazing - condensation and guarantees

All,
Moved into our house about 3 yrs ago. There is double glazing and a uPVC conservatory.
One window in the conservatory shows condensation and today a uPVC window in the extension shows minor condensation too.
A while back I got a phone call from Everest and lots of letters always come here from Everest addressed to the previous owner.
Now, assuming it was Everest who did the windows and conservatory they have a lifetime guarantee on condensation so even though we weren't the one's who paid to have it fit - technically the condensation is their failing and is covered by the guarantee. Therefore can I not call them to fix it?
Am I correct or wrong in this belief?

My windows (not Everest) only have a 5 year guarantee on the glass. 10 on the frames. Do you have a receipt or FENSA document from the previous owners?
I also get lots of mail from Everest but have never had dealings with them.0
