Suite Problems - Instyle from Saveway

Hi there - anyone else had problems with this company's products? I have had a 2 seater & 3 seater for 2.5 years and the springs have broken twice on 2 seater and once on 3 seater. 3 seater also seems to be sinking!
The company is not at all helpful - will fix 3rd spring problem under the 5 year warranty, but that's all. It cost £2000! Wish I'd gone to Ikea!
Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
