  • Hi i dont know where to start!! I was an agent for Freemans catalogue 2002 till 2010 and had about 10-15 customers as well as myself, but everything started to get harder when the credit crunch happened so i ran the catalogue a while longer then decided to pay everything up i also noticed that ppi was added on each statement but never really understood why! and it was never really explained properly either. I then heard about ppi claiming so decided to telephone Freemans to enquire about it telling them it was added to my statement payment every month, their reply was i could nt claim ppi !!! in a very nasty tone! then a couple of days later received a letter confirming this and thought no more after that, but iv been reading more on this subject including on your thread also and was wondering if you could please give me some good advice and information on this subject many many thanks  x

Freemans weren't regulated prior to 2005 so any sale prior to this can be dismissed.
