Can i reclaim from NDR?

My two debts were moved to NDR as i missed several payments i now have a payment plan with them which i can usually stick to earlier in the month i got into a bit of difficulty and my payment was 2 and half weeks late :eek: but they have charged £33.48!!!!!!!!!! I've heard of people claiming back of catalogues can this be done with NDR? Because now my next months payment is going to have this extra £33.48 added onto it so i won't be able to make the full payment of £84 so they will most likely charge me again and i can see it turning into an ongoing spiral :mad:
