hi
i hope this is in the right section
basically my bf ordered 6 red roses to be delivered on saturday, our anniversary, as a suprise,:j
he came down saturday night and asked did i not get them ?[ i was sat in all day!] i was clueless and he had to tell me that he had ordered flowers the man said they would be delivered saturday [am or by 2pm at the latest].
so we rang up interflora but the office was not answering nor was there any answer on sunday
this morning he got through and was told the flowers were at number 19?! i live at 70 [ last house in street so 19 is ages away!]my bf questioned this and they said the person who collected the order had wrote down 17 not 70 even though my bf confirmed 70 twice! and because there was no answer at 17 they left them at 19.
the company told my bf [ who lives 30 miles away] he would have to collect the flowers from number 17 and deliver them to me himself or i would have to go!
In short does anyone think i could argue for some sort of apology? the flowers were for are anniversary on saturday and i have only just received them by walking down and asking for them myself as earlier there was no answer! beside after confirming the adress twice surely it would be hard to get it wrong?
have used interflora alot even though there prices are high but i am utterly disapointed now, not even a sorry was given!
thanks and sorry for blabbing on haha
