Hi,
Just wondered if anyone had any advice I am just advising my mortgage company Accord that I wish to rent out my house.
They have sent me a form it asking reasons for letting. I am not sure what to put for the best... my reasons are I was very unhappy in house and have found an area I love and the rent is less than the rent I will achieve for my house so a good move for me, I feel I can't write this should I say it is for my job???
Any advice or ideas would be helpful
thanks
