T & C's

1. By signing up to paperless billing you will be entered into the free prize draw. All participants will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions, and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material as if they were set out in these terms and conditions.
2. Closing date for the free prize draw is 30th June 2009 and entries must be received by 2359 hrs on this date. Entry is by registering for paperless billing at power.com/paperless.
3. If the winner changes supplier for either or both fuels, or does not consume gas and/or electricity to the value of the credit within the 12 month period, he/she will not be entitled to any refund of any unused part of the relevant credit. All gas and/or electricity consumed after the prize credit has been used up or the 12 month period has expired will be charged at the prevailing npower rate.
4. If the winner is, at the date of winning the prize, a prepayment meter customer for either or both fuels, the prize will be a cheque for £625 per fuel for which he/she is a prepayment customer payable upon production of the first statement during the first 12 months of being a customer. If the winner is a prepayment meter customer but does not use mains gas the prize will be a cheque for £1250 upon production of the first statement during the first 12 months of being a customer.
5. If the winner is, at the date of winning the prize, a credit meter customer for either or both fuels, the prize will be a credit to the winner's fuel account of £625 per fuel for which he/she is a credit customer. If the winner is a credit customer but does not have access to mains gas then a credit of the full £1250 will be made to the winner's npower electricity fuel account for which the winner is a credit customer, upon production of the winner's first bill.
6. If the winner has changed supplier from npower, or not successfully transferred supply to npower for either fuel, at the time the draw is made, the Promoter will draw another winner at random. If the winner only purchases one fuel from npower at the time the draw is made, the Promoter shall be under no obligation to draw another winner in respect of the other fuel.
7. The free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and its associated companies in the npower group and their immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Entrants must, at the closing date, be residential customers of Npower Limited and/or its associated companies in the npower group which supply gas and/or electricity, in receipt of this letter and be the bill addressee for the household entering. There is only one entry permitted per household. No purchase is necessary for entry to the draw.
8. By entering the free prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. It is a condition of entry and of inclusion in the draw when made, and by entering you accept, that your details will be used by the Promoter, its associated companies in the npower group to keep you informed about their products, services and offers. You accept that such contact may be by mail and telephone, and that your details may be passed to those parties and their agents for that purpose. It is a condition of entry that the winner cooperates fully for publicity purposes if so required.
9. The Promoter has the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries or any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are damaged, lost or not received by the Promoter. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. The Promoter's decision is final. There is no prize or cash alternative.
10. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independent person within 7 days after the closing date. The winner will be notified in writing by 31st July 2009. For the name and county of the winner send a SAE marked "Free Energy Winner" to npower, PO Box 130, Worcester, WR4 9ZX
