What charges can I claim?

Could someone please help? I need to know exactly what I can claim for. My assumption is that I can claim ALL charges/Interest charges charged to my account from the Natwest over the six year period. Is this correct? If not could someone outline what I can and can not claim for in Charges and Interest please. Thank you in advance

Since July 2001 is from when you can claim

You can claim for, unarranged borrowing/maintenance charges, unpaid items, referral charges, guaranteed card payment fees/card misuse fees.

OK. So having looked at my statments in closer detail they come under six categories:

Subscription, Referall Charges, Unarranged borrowing fees, Charges, Interest and service fee.

The interest I am assuming relates to using an agreed overdraft limit. Can I claim this back (my brother-in-law did prior to the test case going on hold) as it seems to be a huge sum over the course of the period of six years.T he others seem self explanitory and that they can be claimed back.

Also since my original claim (Up to July 2007) I have aqquired more charges. Can I claim these back as well?
