Parking ticket Caernarfon Town Square

Hi all daughter has recieved a parking ticket in the newly redesigned area of castle square if anyone has been you will know what a wonderful nightmare they are having with parking there and the useless signs and "parking officers "truly havent got a clue (i asked about parking for a blue badge holder a few weeks ago she said "you can park here for a short while im not sure for how long but i know you can its all a bit confusing really")
daughter is'nt blue badge signs and markings are very confusing ( i will sort some photos by end of week) can you run you expert eye over the ticket for me and see if they are compliant with the regulations. Thanks again
