Welcome Finance PPI Refunded

Hi
I have just had a phone call from Welcome Finance to say that they are upholding the decision of the financial ombudsman, although they don't agree with it(surprise, surprise).I will receive papers from them in the next few days which I will sign and I will get my money back. I don't know how much as yet.
So don't give up on this company. Keep at them 'till you get what's rightfully yours.

Course they wouldn't agree with it though, they follow the rules all the time. lol

Please make sure with this company that they follow the FOS rules for refunding and not their own. A lot of people have been conned by this company by having an amount taken off the loan and not the loan put back as it would have been without the PPI.
