Hi everyone,
My uncle and aunt got into trouble a couple of years ago but managed to do an IVA. My question is: can they still try to reclaim bank charges?
Thanks!

hi wils
i am doing the same thing, in an iva, the only thing is that the iva company will take about 50% off the money to pay off their creditors.
if the bank they are claiming from is included in the iva, then the bank will take the money refunded to pay towards the outstanding debt.
i'm only claiming credit card charges before the iva at the mo.
hopes this helps alittleI SPOKE TO A WISE OLD MAN THE OTHER DAY.
