    I went for my run at 10am, it was really hot!
    hard work running in the sun but at least I missed the storm, it's thundering like mad here now.

    I'm really looking forward to the race on Sunday!

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I had my hospital pre-assessment last Friday morning and was shocked to be asked "Do you always have low blood pressure?"
    It was 115/60

    I've always had text book perfect blood pressure, is it all the running?
