Just some websites? i'd say the websites were down.

If it's a bit random, id say it's your connection... do you keep losing your connection?

If it was all websites, then id say you've a problem.

What version of IE? Is your security up-to-date? Everything patched and up-to-date. Anti-virus, firewall etc?

This seems familiar to me - I have IE8 and Vista on my home machine, and every once in a while, I get this message. Usually a refresh sorts it out. Still annoying though!
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j
