help with ford direct car

I NEED HELP... .What are my rights , I have been miss sold my car I have had car 6 days. can i cancel contract , i have good grounds Twice now, i have been mislead i got car on mobilty . .what are my rights,,. I , bought car in jan was told car had everthing that was adverised, any way it did not It also had loads of probs... any way i was 3 days out of the 30 exchange warrinity, any way they admitted they were wrong but it was gonna cost a lot so they agreed a another car ( with what i wanted and thought i had in the first place, ) we all agreed .. .they said there would be no differance in payments ,any way got car, next day.. . got contract saying it was £2100. more and £30 MONTH MORE, they also said the £980 i had paid since jan was nothing do with them , NONE OF THIS WAS TOLD TO ME .. , anyway had car 6 days lots of prob.... grey primere... broke things... oversplray.... Can i terminate contract or get a refund...i have been taken advantage...of he said i needed a pin ...so he rang mobility and i gave permissinon for him to use it..... i did not no this was my signature ...I had not evebn seen car............. what are my rights help please... excuse my writing but i am not very good at spelling ...altogerther it has cost me an extra £3230 pounds and none of this was my fault, my friend who is a mecanic has told me it is a digrace the car, broken central locking, dint in roof ,overspray of blackpaint over grey primer which ford do not use plus many other issues, also with the first car there were many issues as well as being misleading and at no point did they correct the advert, it had been in paper for 5 weeks, they let me think my car had alloys thactham alarm etc,,,, now it has cost me a lot, because they said it waould cost them too much to do ,ALSO THEY COULD NOT FIX A REPAIR ...any help would be appricated thanks please excuse my spelling tnans

So far I understand that you bought a car, and that it wasn't the car you'd agreed to buy, so then you swapped it for the one you wanted at no extra cost, but now they want to charge you for swapping?

i can understand just about if i read a few times but keep it condensed and simple for both your sake and our ability to read it

you have in deed been mis-sold a car by the sounds of it, and been lied to so as posted before, contact CAB (citizens advice beurau) as soon as possible

I agree with the above go to CAB. Its quite surprising what a call from them can do to sort out consumer problems

As to your spelling there are several ad-ons for your browser available to assist, There is probably one for Internet Explorer but I use Firefox and find the following add on very useful

Some laptops have voice recognition software with them. My Vista one does. I've been using it to write school reports. Might be worth your while having a look to see if your PC or whatever you've got has got it.
