Rather than concentrating on a room I'm concentrating on a task so today I am hoovering/mopping all floors downstairs, watering all plants and tidying all rooms. Tomorrow I will do the dusting/wet wiping in all rooms. I like to live on the edge and mix it up a bit.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
I'm off a few mins early...... join me if you can/wanna!

Ironing done, time to see if baby likes coffee today. But I have a headache coming on now (pint of diluting juice and some paracetamol I think). Having a rest then will start the kitchen.0

Tinkerbellsmum - my house is always more of a mess on a Monday too. Weekend starts off ok but then I switch off after Sunday Dinner. Toots is right - start training LO's asap before they get into bad habits. Makes life much easier in the long run.0 -
feel like crying had two electricians round and have quoted £600-£800 to put the electrics right in the kitchen!!!
Really want to speak to the cowboy kitchen fitter and wonder if I should go to trading standards.January Grocery 11/3740 -

I use to do that, before joining this thread. I had a cleaning plan for different jobs, so all my windows got done one day, polishing the next, bedding washed next & so on ... it was good but I fancied a change.
Bad to omit this but I like cleaning & ironing, I keep joking that I'm a bit OCD with it but I like list, plans, routines e.t.c. and I see housework as exercise and it beats watching crap on the box, not that I've got one, why anybody would sit & watch how clean is your house with a sink full of dishes is beyond me.0 -

fedup *hugs* I would follow my heart but give your head enough time to work things out as well, communication is key in a relationship, me and DH worked that out the hard way also!
pigpen I know how you feel about sleeping on your own, once upon a time I struggled to sleep when DH was in bed, now I don't sleep when he isn't! lol Even if he's downstairs watching TV I cant sleep till he comes to bed. Although he brings me lots of cuddlies home from wherever he's been if it's somewhere new (who normally end up in the bed when he's away). I've had 3 this year so farGlad to know Hazel is doing well
mummyyof5 I hope OH's turnaround went well and he wasn't delayed last night.
carol22 I moved here beginning of October, I'd love to know of places to go, but they would need to be free (have no money at all) and not too active (illness doesn't like exercise)
funfairprincess I hope your feeling ok, *hugs* if not
Thankyou pigpen for the lists and soappie and toots for starsI hope I can do as well this week as I did last week (if not better)
ETA *hugs* for MOJ2 and rosep. I dont have any advice but hope you can find a solution for your kitchen rosep, I would think of trading standards but I don't know much about it:idea: Jan 09.
