I can't transfer MP3 trax to my Sumvision MP3 player cos it says it's write-protected - how do you turn off the write-protect? No mention of it in the little manual it came with.

If you are using windows, go to My Computer, then right click the mp3 player and select properties. There should be an option there.
Also check that you haven't got the hold switch activated on the player, that often doubles as a write protection switchSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
